Rules and Requirements for Submissions
Authors have the opportunity to submit their research, articles, case studies, and abstracts conveniently through an online submission form. Rest assured, all submissions will undergo a meticulous and comprehensive review process.

Selected Submissions will be approached to be published in our peer-reviewed Journals: the Indian Journal of Music Therapy (IJMT), and the World Journal of Science & Research (WJSR).

You will need a B1/B2 VISA to attend this conference. We will provide you with an acceptance letter which you can show as proof of participation during the VISA Application.

Schedule of Events

Day 1: Registration and Introductions
The attendees will register their arrival, and collect their kits. They will have time to interact and connect with other attendees. Names of the jurors will be announced.
Day 2: Verbal and Poster Presentations

As per the decided schedule, all attendees will follow their respective modes of presentation. Online attendees will be connected via Zoom. Attendees will be provided Lunch and Snacks at the venue.
Day 3: Valedictory Session
The awards mentioned above and certificates will be distributed upon discussion by the jurors. We will conclude the event with an open-room discussion (including Q&As, Feedback and Plans for the future).

Who is this conference for?
Researchers, Students, Professionals, and Educators in the Field of Music and Science or any valid field for collaborative research.

How can I attend the conference?
We prefer you attend the conference in person at our venue in Singapore, though you can also register through Zoom to attend and give your presentation online. Fees for both are mentioned above.

Can I apply for any discounts?
Applicants who make payment before the Early Bird Submission Deadline are eligible for the discounted rate mentioned above. Students (upon verification) can avail of a student discount as mentioned above. Additionally, members of our association can gain respective discounts on the fee (Apply here).

What happens if I have to cancel my registration due to unfortunate circumstances?
We hope none of our attendees have to deal with this, but we will be unable to make any refunds upon cancellation. Since, we have to make advanced bookings for the event, on our end.
